Shipping and Delivery

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders totaling S$150 or more placed in a single order to one location within Singapore.
Delivery Fee: For orders below S$150, a flat fee of S$5 applies.
Dispatch: Orders with available stock will be shipped within 1–3 working days.

Order Processing: Upon receiving full payment, we will begin preparing your order for shipping.
In-Stock Items: If the items purchased are in stock, delivery is typically made within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Out-of-Stock Items: If any items are out of stock, our customer service team will contact you directly.
Delivery Commitment: Intero Enterprise Pte. Ltd. will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the stated timeframe; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within this period due to circumstances beyond our control.
