Accounts Assistant (Full Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

General Ledger Management:

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) using MYOB software.

Payroll Administration:

  • Process monthly payroll, including overtime, commission, and incentives using our payroll software (Opensoft Payroll).

Expense Processing:

  • Manage and process staff claims accurately and promptly.

Documentation & Issuance:

  • Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, debit and credit notes.
  • Generate and issue cheques and payment vouchers as required.

Requirements

Citizenship:

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.

Education:

  • LCCI qualification or Diploma in Accounts or a related field.

Experience:

  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MYOB Accounting software.
  • Experience with Opensoft Payroll software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Availability:

  • Position available by mid-May.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

  • 5.5 days per week, with alternate Saturdays off during off-peak periods.

Warehouse Assistant / Driver (Full Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our operations team as a Warehouse Assistant / Driver. You should be a team player who takes pride in your work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading, replenishment, picking, and packing of goods.
  • Conduct timely delivery and collection of merchandise when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation such as delivery orders and inventory records are completed accurately.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain smooth goods flow and inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, complying with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Observe proper waste management and sustainability practices.

Job Requirements

  • Physically fit, energetic, and able to handle manual tasks.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well independently or in a team.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and delivery processes is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Retail Sales Assistant (Full Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and attentive service. This role requires someone who enjoys direct customer interaction and takes pride in maintaining a well-presented retail space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales and profitability by ensuring your assigned area is clean, organized, well-stocked, and accurately priced.
  • Take ownership of the product displays to ensure merchandise is in excellent condition at all times.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and communicate features and benefits effectively to customers and team members.
  • Proactively engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Prepare for daily stock replenishment and ensure the area is ready for the next business day.
  • Understand and support departmental action plans, goals, and sales targets as directed by the manager.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about customer service and home & lifestyle products.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate confidently with customers.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Retail experience is an advantage but not required—training will be provided.
