Cancellation and Return Policy
7-Day Return Policy for Defective Goods
- Eligibility: If you receive defective goods, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- If the product is not replaceable, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
- Please note that refunds will only be entertained for defective goods—not for non-defective items (e.g., change of mind or wrong decision).

- Proof of Defect: The defect must be evident and not a result of negligence.

Return Requirements

Original Condition: All products must be returned in their original condition with all supplied parts.
- This includes the original packaging, manuals, accessories, any additional documentation, and any gifts provided with the purchase (where applicable).
- Packaging: Returned goods should be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Invoice: Please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
Additional Terms
- Right to Refuse: Intero Enterprise Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange for items not returned in their original packaging or not deemed to be in "as new" condition.
- Return Shipping Charges: Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on returned items.

Refund Processing:
- Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be credited only to the same card.
- Please note that the typical processing time for refund requests is 4–6 weeks from the date of the request.
