Intero Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Intero, we want you to shop with confidence. We take pride in the quality of our bedding products, and we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable experience. Please review our full policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item, size, or colour
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or stained bedding products
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Pillows, bolster cases, and other hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Change-of-mind returns (due to hygiene and product safety reasons)

2. Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If the item you received is defective or incorrect:

  • We will arrange a free return, or
  • Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • For confirmed defective items, the refund amount will be credited directly to your Intero e-wallet
  • Defects must be verified through the photos or videos provided.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Methods

Depending on the situation:

  • Intero E-Wallet Credit for defective items
  • Original payment method for incorrect or undelivered items (if applicable)

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved and received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour, or product, please:

  1. Submit a return (if eligible), and
  2. Place a new order once your refund has been processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by Intero.
  • Non-eligible or discretionary returns: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Order is Shipped

  • Orders may be cancelled Before the courier arrangement  
  • Contact us immediately with your order number.

After Shipment

  • Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been dispatched.
  • You may request a return if your item meets the return criteria.
